Returns and Warranties

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We expect you'll be pleased with your purchase. However, if you would like to return all or part of your order for exchange or refund, you must do so within 30 days from the invoice date. All items must be unused and in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Clothing and gloves must be unused and unwashed. Videos and accessories must be unopened. All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return request. Please call or email our customer service representative as soon as possible. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept C.O.D's. No liner is completely guaranteed. Once the item has been used it can not be returned or refunded. The definition of “used” is if the item is used other than on the floor of your living room. Try liners on inside your house and do not go outside. ThermoFlex/Moldable Liners that have been “molded” cannot be returned. The only exception would be a manufacturing defect. Free Ground shipping for liners only applies to one exchange per customer per season. To return merchandise call our customer service line at 1-970-513-7733 or e-mail us to receive a return authorization number (R.A.).

Any packages returned without an R.A. number VISIBLE on the outside of the package will be rejected and returned to sender.

WARRANTIES

There is a one year manufactures warranty for defects from date of purchase. The warranty is not honored by Bomber Industries, we must send the liner back to Deeluxe if there is a defect.
